An exciting chapter for Bianca and Paul

When Bianca and Paul first found out about Brisbane 1 Towers more than three years ago, they wasted no time signing on the dotted line.

Having regularly visited South Brisbane for its vibrant cultural scene, they initially saw the signage for the Brisbane 1 development and fell in love with the location.

Long-time residents of Brisbane, the couple always had a vision of moving to an apartment closer to the city and were more than happy to wait for their new home at Brisbane 1 to be built.

Moving from their 5-bedroom home in late 2018, they decided to rent an apartment in South Brisbane to become more familiar with the local area that would soon be their forever home.

“We preferred the facilities, location and floor plan of Brisbane 1 over any other options in the market at the time so we thought it would be the perfect fit for us,” Bianca said.

“From the day we signed the contract we have been so excited and visited the site every weekend to watch the construction from the ground up.”

“It’s really made us feel part of the journey since day one – we even watched our floor and apartment being built – and now that we’ve finally moved in it’s exactly how we imagined.”
